Chef Bryan Prado comes to Colorado from Chicago,where he cooked at some of the best restaurants the food Mecca has to offer.  Bryan worked at Michelin starred Roister of The Alinea Group & served as Sous Chef at 2 Michelin starred Oriole.  Bryan is excited about the opportunity to be your private chef during your stay in Colorado!

Dave began his culinary career as many chefs do, in the dish pit. After gaining a love for cooking, Dave moved to Chicago to work in restaurants that could help him become the chef he desired to be. Dave graduated from The French Pastry School in 2013 setting him up to work in some of the best restaurants the city has to offer. Most notably Dave worked for The Alinea Group & Chef Grant Achatz a both Alinea (3 Michelin star) and The Aviary as a sous chef. Dave was also the opening pastry chef at Band of Bohemia, which earned a Michelin star in its first year. private chef colorado private chef vail

Joel has called Colorado home for some time now, moving here from Michigan.  Joel has worked at some of Beaver Creek’s finest restaurants, including Grouse Mountain Grill & Splendido.  Joel has learned a great deal about high country cooking & is looking forward to sharing his talents as a private chef with you.
